Empire Suite Hotel - Istanbul

Truly exceptional, 3-star hotel with really helpful staff and fast wifi. Very good service, splendid views of the sea from my suite. Family atmosphere and private bathroom

The location is particularly good and magnificent, just a short walk away from a large museum. It has big and huge rooms with complementary water and 3 separate beds and in the front of the tram station.

The hotel has well decorated and perfect rooms with good facilities and space is enough and see view. The staff is absolutely kind and extremely friendly and the atmosphere is quiet.

Great location and clean room, but the Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

It's not perfect, but It's nice

This hotel offered a good experience with its proximity to key city attractions and a cheerful staff. The Turkish breakfast was a highlight, especially the refreshing lemonade! While the noise from nearby rooms was bothersome, the charming atmosphere and location were nice.

Comfortable Family Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our 4-night stay. The beautiful room gave us ample space for our child. The cigarette smoke from outside was quite bothersome. Consider requesting a room away from the front for a fresher experience. The on-site café served good breakfasts that energized us for our daily explorations.

The location near the tram and ferry stops made getting around Istanbul super easy. The room felt spacious and clean, with great amenities. I loved the peaceful atmosphere. It was a fantastic retreat after busy days. Breakfast at the nearby cafe offered a nice variety, perfect for fueling up before exploring. Housekeeping was consistent, daily towel changes kept everything fresh. The minibar lacking power when you leave the room was annoying. It would be much better if it stayed on, especially in summer. Despite these few hiccups, the staff were friendly and accommodating, arranged our airport transport seamlessly.

Family friendly and convenient

I stayed in the family suite for 6 nights and it was spacious enough for my kid to roam around. The tram station is right in front of the hotel.

It wasn't exactly pocket change, but for the quality, it was still reasonable.

The homemade jams at breakfast were a must-try, a delight for any foodie! Plus, the location couldn't be more prime with vibrant cafes just steps away. Not to mention their clean, cozy vibe, made lounging a joy.

We had a little hiccup with room tidiness on a couple of days, but everything else just sparkled, making those minor details easy to overlook.
